I just noticed that you are in Arkansas, and if you need any LR parts you have a great vendor right in your backyard.
Give Trevor at RovahFarm.com a call/email and he will get you sorted at very fair prices.
Trevor has been in the LR business for a long time and is easy to work with.

I have ameeady put in an order with Trevor and spoken to him a couple times, really nice to have Him jn a town I have business in. Lots of parts coming so I'm sure I'll be asking more and more questions. I won't do anything half way, I have a nice 98 Discovery 1 or 2 with 80k (I think D 1 but I see lots of people's talking about their 98D 2) and I was given another 98 with 180k with a great body and interior and the running gear that I can get parts from. Some stuff I want new of course but it Ian nice to try parts from it before ordering it. If you or anyone needs anything message me. My RR mechanic and buddy has a 2000 Discovery I could get brakes off. My other 98 has grooved rotors, my issue Ian when I apply the brakes the passenger front wheel pulsates bad and I can't figure it out. I have flushed the lines several times, replaced MC and booster as well as the ABS block. At a loss
Either you have a loose half shaft (CV/hub), the rotor is warped or a bad ABS wheel sensor. May even have a stuffed shock causing wheel hop. 98 is D1, 99.5 and up to 04 is a DII.
