Default Door Lock Actuator Functional at Locking Only?

My rear passenger side door lock consistently locks with central locking, but will not unlock with central locking. (All other doors are working well)

today, I pulled the trim panel off and watched the actuator movement. It seems like the actuator does not move at all when I use central locking to unlock the vehicle, but every time that I use the central locking to lock the vehicle it always works? Does anyone know if this is just an adjustment of the actuator itself or is something within the actuator broken?

thanks

That does not describe a storeroom lock. He's asking for something complicated and electronic Tutuapp 9Apps Showbox that would require some sort of occupancy sensor.
