I bought a brand new DENSO for our Discovery I about 2 years ago from British Pacific.
I remember ordering the number for the Range Rover as I got more AMPS from that one.

Looks nice on your truck.
Looks like you are in a corrosion area.

I still think it's a p38 alternator.

The 95 RRC and the D1 show the same part number, a 100amp alternator. The p38 shows to be a 120 amp. In 1995 you could get either classic or p38.

Ok, ok, you know what, you can just go away now with your confusing knowledge. LOL

That would make sense since the P-38 had SLS on all fours, plus tons of electrics to run and keep happy.
The RRC also had SLS on all fours although not as much electronics.
Either way, I drove into work this morning with the a/c on to clear the windshield as well as the rear defroster as all the windows were fogged over and all was well, not that I really expected otherwise.
The real test will be in a year when the warranty is up.
