ECU Trouble

The D1 had me stumped for a while but the forum jargon has me stumped many times...
The Brit names for things is a pita if you are used to working on just American cars

On this a track bar is a tie rod
On USA track bar is what rover calls a pan hard, I mean how can we expect them to get the part names right when they can't even drive on the right side of the road sheesh

Dad always complains bout my rover and all the work I do on it, also about electrical in Brit cars he worked on back in the day

I have a matched engine ECU and green alarm unit from a 97, originally sourced from Paul Grant...before I learned my actual issue was a silly fuse.

New used ECU from E-bay installed. The truck runs fine. Thanks for the info
