Took the fan off. Removed the belt. Rechecked all the pulleys for wobble, they all seemed ok, though I don't know exactly how much play is acceptable. Sprayed a little WD-40 on the tensioner bearing, and got it to spin very smoothly. Replaced the belt and cranked her up. NO SQUEAL, Hell Yeah! Like I said, not sure if it's a permanent fix, but maybe relieving the drag from the tensioner did the trick. I'll take it for now.
My money is on an old(loose) belt. The problem with replacing more than one part at a time means you don't really know exactly what the problem was to begin with.
I'd recommend replacing the tensioner pulley bearing before it grenades and takes out your belt and oil filter leaving you stranded. I've seen it happen.

Glad to hear you seem to have fixed the squeal.

Keep an eye on that water pump. There shouldn't be any play in it. If there is, I would plan on having to replace it sometime in the not too far off future.

(Ask me how I know.)

Agreed, wd-40 is temporary fix at best, it is not intended for long term lubrication...

Point and case, squeaky chair at work sprayed with wd-40 a month later is back to squeaking.

What do you expect from fish oil

Is the bearing available at auto parts stores?

If you want to spend your afternoon with a press pressing in/out bearings to save a few dollars fine.
I replaced the whole thing, takes 10min, lifetime warranty, done.

NAPA usually has them.

Hardly an afternoon. 10-20 min and it can be done with a couple of sockets, vice or large C-clamp. Probably even a hammer and sockets.
Everyone has different priorities and can go the route they want. I prefer reusing components, as long as it doesn't cost more than just replacing them.

Ok, so the squeal came back. Kinda figured it would after a little more extensive driving. The water pump does have a slight, and I mean slight, bit of wiggle to it. Also I notice that the crankshaft pulley has a decent amount of wobble, just by visual observation. Could this be an issue?
