Extra seal Rear hub.

Hub Oil Seal, Rear, With ABS, For Land Rovers - FTC5268
I'm replacing the rotors on my 1996 Disco and ordered the seal and bearing replacement kit from Atlantic British. It came with the above seal.
I pulled the tire, caliper, then the axle out, put back in new races, bearings, and the big inner seal and then there is this thing, and I can't figure for the life of me where in the hell it installs. I sure didn't take one out. Help?
I checked the RAVE section 54 page 3 and it isnt showing the seal either.
