the small ones just forward of the doors, mine stopped working and ones haning from the fender, what are my options since i want them working, can i use d2 ones with d2 sockets or what? mine used to work

also it there a way to remove these without taking out the wheel well ?

was thinking to use small led markers like i used on the rear bumper but they are smaller then the hole in the fender

 

The markers on the front fender come right out. You push the light all the way to the front or rear(I can't recall which one) and then pull out the other end. Super easy once you figure it out.

 

Really that easy? I feel like an idiot

If i can get stock working then great if not then i will look into something else flush, i see stock ones all te time in jy just always thought wheel well had to come out and i dont feel like messin with that

 

Flush is good for protection (one of the reasons I like D1 door handles) but not as good for visibility by other drivers gaining on you, which is their purpose.
