don't forget feedback on ebay, help the next guy out

 

Do a negative feedback, and seek action if it is available. You may get partial restitution, but I would be surprised. If you don't try, you will never know. So go for it.

 

we do have lemon laws in NY if it was bought from a dealer. not sure what the regs are because i have always bought out of state... check into it.

I did file a claim with ebay but because the disco is more than 10 years old it doesnt qualify for the vehicle protection plan. I did indeed leave him bad feed back. This cat is such a douche bag he sent ebay an unpaid item claim against me - obviously I have his cashed check and all the paper work that he signed releasing the truck after my payment was recieved. I think maybe this evening I will file a title not recieved claim on ebay just to return his kind gesture
