Front Bumper

Does anyone know if you can get a Disco 1 bumper like this one?

What about making one? I'm a design engineer using Solidworks so i could easily draw it up and get one laser cut. Could even do a stainless steel one.

I'm sure a decent Fab shop could do that or yourself if you have the time and tools.
