Default Front coil springs

Can someone point me in the right direction for some upgraded front coil springs to support a cast iron V8 engine as opposed to the all aluminum Rover V8?

Vehicle (Disco I) is stock with no lift kits, etc... (prefer to keep it at stock height)

Am wondering about possible springs from other vehicle types that would fit and do the job (I.E. front springs from a specific model of Chevy, Ford, BMW, etc...)

Also interested in info on new springs specifically made for that purpose.

Thx.

Called Atlantic British today. They were not able to help me.

Looking for advice from the folks who have swapped out the Rover V8 for a heavier engine, such as a Chevy 350 or some type of diesel.

What front springs did you switch to, to maintain a level vehicle?

That's odd. Sounds more like they were unwilling to help. How heavy is a 350 vs a RoverV8?
I'm guessing since you're keeping it stock you won't be running a Heavy Duty front bumper or a winch?
I'd give Rovers North a call and run it by them.

Best I can tell is that a Chevy 350 will add somewhere in the vicinity of 200 to 300 pounds.

The HD springs being sold at Atlantic British are advertised to support an additional 220 pounds while providing two inches of lift. I don't want the additional lift, so am unsure what to do with that...

I'll take a look at that, thanks.
