Default gas tank problem

ok have been experiencing this problem for a while when I fuel up the fuel comes up the filler neck, overflows and then I can hear it chugging in the filler neck like the vent hose is nfg and the tank is no where near full, any thoughts?

Mine does that too. It was fine at first then one day i am standing there with gas pouring on the ground. I have the ability to fill the tank but i have to make sure the spout is fully in. I can hear it chugging too. I will need to look for that sticky

What Spike said, just pour injector cleaner down both tubes (tiny little holes near the fuel opening, and half a bottle per side).
