good man. your kids will remember that forever.

unless they hate nature. then you're a terrible human being for subjecting them to that.

HA! Thankfully they don't hate it. Yet.
They do sometimes get frustrated with the rover and ask such questions as: WHY don't the back windows ever roll down? but we deal with it.

Hahahaha... that's funny. My Rover was parked at work last winter due to a few issues and my colleague would stop by the office, with his sons, at night and on the weekends to grab a hard drive or something. One day he stopped and the boys said 'that person sure does work a lot!' and pointed at the Rover. He told them that our parking lot is the place where Rovers are sent to die.

My front window doesn't 'roll' down so I know how your kids feel. Making memories is beautiful and so are your photos. I'm sure they'll forget about the window but never times spent with dad or the fun camping trip.

Very nice! Last time I was in that spot, it was to turn off and go fishing at Upper Urad Reservoir. I've not continued straight before. Guess I have something to put on the to-do list!

Let me know if you want to do a ride up there sometime. You can go much further over Jones than I've been able to this year. The snow was finally melted off the pass up there, but the kidlets were getting hungry so I didn't go too much further past that spot.
