Halp asap, is this bearing replaceable?

Well... lets think about it.
If this number is very easy to find, then you can find number by your self. If it easy to find, and you have not done it yet, then you may be stupid or lazy, which is not our problem and we do not need to have any special considerations for you.
If this number is hard to find, then I consider that you would at least request it in a good way.
Another fact that you must also consider is that this forum is free, and there is a lot of people that can help you for free, and since you are not a customer, we can easily can send you to a place that can not be mentioned here due to the respect that the other members deserve.

OK, I looked at the stub axle that's on my shelf and luckily the end with the PN is facing out.
Very hard to read, looks like HK4016 which is a *** number, and it does say "Germany" on it.
So a quick interchange search turned up this:

edit - Just checked mine with calipers as best as I could without removing it, and I'm confident that's the right PN.

Beats me. It's called a "stub axle" so he should be able to look it up in Microcat.

Could be he's not familiar with bearings and didn't know the PN is always stamped on them. If the bearing was installed PN down, he wouldn't even notice it (even knowing it was there I had to get a bright light and magnifying glass to read it).
Could be he knew that, but the PN was unreadable, which often happens.
Could be he didn't know what the part was called, so posted a pic instead so there would be no mistake. When the part was mis-identified to him he still wouldn't have been able to find a bearing PN, since he wouldn't have been looking for the right thing.
So there are other possibilities aside from stupid or lazy.
Granted he could have been less testy, but when people get testy with me for saying "search", I generally try to just ignore it so things don't escalate.
My assumption was he didn't know what the part (the stub axle) was called. I just didn't see the thread until late.
