I have a 1994 Disco that still has the original headlamps. The lenses are old and the insides are caked in mud and one of the bulbs is out now so it is time to replace.

I don't really want to buy OEM replacements becasuse they are quite spendy. I will if I have to, but I was wondering if anyone has replaced theirs with aftermarket lenses. Hella or some other brand? If you have, do you know the actual size of those headlamps? Thanks!!

 

I would upgrade to the 99-02 DII lenses they have a much better beam pattern. You can pick them up used for a fair price and there a direct swap and still use the same bulbs.
