Help! Fender Blinker Light Fell into Fender
Hi All, I have a minor issue:
I went through an automated car wash and I think that's where I lost the cover or case to my blinker light on the fender. I went to an aftermarket parts store to get another cover but now the blinker bulb that goes into the cover fell back into the fender. I tried to use a flashlight to see if I could see the bulb through the hole in the fender where the cover goes but I couldn't see anything. I looked under the truck but couldn't see up into the fender area.
Any ideas on what I could use to fish out the bulb and wire from in the fender or should I just superglue the case onto the fender and leave well enough alone? LOL..

Sounds like you need a new one of these.
Land Rover Replacement Lamp Side Repeater, On Wing, Orange - PRC9916
You might be able to use a metal coat hanger to fish out the wire.

I'm good!! If the coat hanger fails its only about 6 Phillips screws and a few bolts in the door jamb to pull the fender, at least pull it out enough to find the wire harness.
OK, thanks!
This is my suggestion as well. Easier than removing the entire wing.
