Default Hesitation/Stalling in Reverse???

The 99D1 is developing a NEW hickup lately. Now everytime I select reverse the engine stutters and trys to stall out. Sometimes it doesn't even matter if I use the multiple brake/gas pedal trick. What could this be. Hope it's not the tranny.

To much load on the engine from the transmission.
I have no idea why, maybe the clutch for reverse is sticking?

Yeah that is what I'm thinking as well. I still have my E-Brake problem to deal with. My E-Brake handle is stuck, stuck, stuck. Although I really do not feel much drag when coasting. I'm wondering if the shoes are providing some resistance when at low idle. I'll have to open up the E-brake housing today and check it out. Sure hope thats my problem. I also have a small class 1 leak on my lower trans cooler hose. Doubt that is it but probably time to remedy that as well.
