Default High pitch noise at idle (video inside)

I had posted about noise that only present while at car is at idle and engine temp is close to its operating temp.
As soon as i press gas pedal (rpms go up) noise completely goes away.

Have any one encountered some thing similar?

It is a bearing on something.
Remove the serpentine belt and then start the truck.
Noise gone?
Shut the engine off and start spinning everything by hand, ALL pullies, alternator, tensioner, water pump, everything.
Spin them as fast as you can and you will fine it.

Is that $18 for the tensioner pulley, or the whole tensioner assembly?

edit: Never mind, I went to Autozone and it is just the pulley.

i'm embarrassed to say i don't know the brand. i got it done the day i bought the truck by a local mechanic. i do most of my own work now. he doesn't remember where he got it. this time i'll do the work and get the part myself.

I have heard that the Proline water pumps are junk but I cannot confirm that.
