If this Crusie is a dumb as most British then I would see if there is a VAC TANK that is leaking down . I am going into the RAV and try and find it since MJ is now a road ready vehicle

No vac reserve tank, but does have electric pump behind left headlight. It is separate from engine vaccum.

That is where I will start. we replaced EVERY hose under the hood including fuel, vac and water.
