How I spent my day off...

In all seriousness I think they are perfectly proportionate to your rig. Good choice. Did you need to trim any in the front? I'm wondering why you have the front flares, and where you got them.

They are stock front flares from a DII. 30 bucks out of the pick and pull. I cut out about 3/4" all the way around the wheel well. It wasn't necessary to clear the tires but I liked the look of them and figured more clearance is never a bad thing. The rear did require a camel cut for full flex without rubbing and I also have the flares for the rear but I've just been too lazy to put them on. I also think that the tires fit the truck perfectly but I think I'll need a little bigger after the FJ coils going on Monday.

Honestly it should still look proportionate with a slightly larger wheel gap, I had an 8" wheel gap with 33s on my Ford and it looked fine. People are used to that look. Most other vehicles you can't fill up the wheel wells very much, they just aren't designed to stuff a tire properly. That's why I honestly thought I needed more lift when I bought the Disco, it looked like the 32s would rub like crazy. Then I wheeled it for a while and realize the 2" lift was plenty.
Different vehicle, I know, but here's why I think the wheel well gap looks fine as long as you don't go overboard. Oh and those are Treadwright Wardens:
