All thats needed is...
2 THREADED RODS [ALLTHREAD] You can get this at home depot. I having no metal cutting tools was very happy to find them sold in one foot sections. 1.49$ Each
2 1/2" Nuts
.19$ Each
6 1/2 Flat Washers
.19$ each
2 1/2 Lock Washers
.31$ Each
2 1/2 Wing Nuts .65$ Each
Thats all thats needed provided you have a drill a marker and a tape measure.
Very easy. take center cap off wheel. Mark Top Hole with wheel mounted.
Then remove wheel and measure distance between 3 holes. For mine it was 1 5/8" Make second mark that measurement lower and drill..

Now insert threaded rod with 1nut and 1 washer on the back. I used the whole 12" rod. Leave 6" Sticking out front and place another flat washer lock washer then nut. And tighten to 6" from tip of rod to tire carrier.
