Default How much would you give my D1?

Quick rundown.

96 D1 SD, 128k, 5 speed, black with tan cloth leather.

New:
Drag link
Center link
Tie rods
Brakes (4 calipers, 2 Brembo front rotors, 2 Wagner rear rotors, new pads all around)
New wheel bearing, all 4 corners
New left front CV half shaft (have another to go with)
Used pushbar installed
Used left front swivel installed as well as regasketed etc
Front diff flush
All4 Oxygen sensors
Tune up
Euro clear corners for front
Exhaust from the catback with a Flowmaster muffler
Have a few extras to go with it like clear fender markers etc

Broken/needs
Hatch exterior handle
Antilock light is on
Cruise does not work (Maybe related to ABS?)
Glove box is loose
Typical Rover Rot in the rear door jams
Slight bubbling around window seals in rear
Bumper mounted headlight sprayers are busticated
CDL is jammed but goes into 4 low. Might fix before I sell
Highbeams don't work until it's been driven for a short amount of time (~15 minutes )
Sounds like a leak at the downpipe on the manifold in the exhaust, will investigate further.

I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff but based on this, how much would you pay? Don't have any really good pics so here

What Hatch are you talking about " Hatch Exterior Handle" ?

Looks like you have done a lot to it. How does it run currently?

I would think realistically, maybe in the $2500 price range might be a fair price.

You may not want to hear a price that low since you may have 2 grand or so in the work you have done.

What do you other guys think? How much are you hoping to get for it? What would you realistically let it go for?

I sold my 96 for $1200. No rust, but the body was scratched and dented. The leather was nice, but I think everything plastic in it was broken at least a little. It was an SE7 with 109k-ish on it. I probably should have kept it, but I needed the space in the garage, or so I thought.

Really depends on how it runs. What kind of mileage are you getting? When was the last 60k service done?

I would have loved to have gotten it. I was being somewhat generous based upon his recent repair work. He may not even get that much. Hard to price one without seeing and driving it.

I'd honestly be happy with ~1500$. By hatch I mean tailgate. Runs like a raped ape.

I would honestly ask 3500 for it, you may not get that but aiming for 3K is probably a good place in my mind, a few thoughts I had: your plates are MA and everything is more expensive there! it is a 5 speed and from what I understand from my cousin in CT rovers are pretty rare in New England to start with (I used to live in NH and I rarely saw one up there)so I would assume with slim pickins a 5 speed should be a good find. with that said Phoenix has taught me one thing about car prices "the car is worth what people will pay for it" ask $3500 if nobody looks try $3K if a few people look say you can come down a little. I am by no means an expert at selling vehicles, but I know I will probably get more for my truck when I am ready to sell it than I would pay! (that would be the high end of KBB!) just remember supply and demand, if there are not a lot of rovers on the road where you are then ask a bit more for it.

ok maybe after checking KBB my number was a bit high, but I would still ask quite a bit maybe 2500
