Hub (bolt pattern) Options...
I'm wondering if you can swap the hubs on a 99-04 onto a 94-98?
I was under the thought that all Disco's had 5X120 bolt pattern so I bought new adapters and wheels w/ new tires to go on my '96. Well I now know that mine has a 5X6.5 bolt patter which makes my adapters and wheels totally not usable for me... Unless I can swap the hubs. I've looked for 5X6.5 adapters and they are WAY harder find (I've found none) than are 5X120's (in a good price). I'm sure its because you cant go down that small on these larger hubs.
I'm really starting to hate this thing and wish I'd just bought a Jeep. Nothing matches this crap and if it does it is higher than Giraffe *****. At this point the only possible way to make it work is to be able to change the hubs to smaller ones. What a pain in the freekin' butt.

Yeah I figured as much... I think I'm just going to sell it. No point in having something that I can not do what I want with ~shrug~... Man it would have looked nice with these wheels and tires on it, and I have an extra 1.5in lift for it.

As I said I bought new wheels and adapters already and they were very expensive and cant use them...
Yep just look at my signature, I'm full aware of what changing and upgrading can cost. I'm not going to put any more money into this thing, its already probably not worth whats in it.

Terrafirma makes adapters from 5x6.5" to 5x120mm. They are stupidly expensive. You might as well just sell your adapters and wheels and buy new wheels.

I understand your frustration with buying the wrong parts, but you can't really blame the Discovery for that. The fact is there are quite a few 5x6.5 wheel options out there. If you must you your wheels, contact EZ Accessories and see if they can make you up some adapters. They already make 5x6.5 spacers so I bet they can make adapters pretty easily.
