No. There are many posts here and every other LR forum about aftermarket mc's locking up the brakes. It's as routine as the sun coming up every morning. Next time you run into a problem use the search box in any forum. It would have prevented you from the issue you now have, seriously.

Having just recently gone through the same ordeal, who would really expect aftermarket parts to be at fault? I would have never searched for that. May I suggest that if this is inherent problem with D1's should there be a write up in the sticky section somewhere?

One would think aftermarket manufacturers would take such things a little more seriously. Still, seems really curious. Does it throw off the ABS or something?
