Ha, yeah had all that stuff happen already. I think I have 1 and 3. I've never gotten anything that I would equate to 'high' but I don't know what it is capable of.

When the fan works it doesn't correspond to the position on the face. I had a lot of that area apart once and I cleaned and sprayed contact cleaner in there.

I just leave it on whatever is working and adjust the temp. My drive home/work is pretty short (7 mi).

I may tackle this again soon so I will be sure and take photos to add to this thread.

Spike, it WAS on my to do list last summer. I'm starting to feel like a real woodsmen up here, I work outside in all kinds of weather.........my hands are wrapped in lizard skin gloves. Great for not feeling the weather, not so great for...... SWMBO!!!

Matt, it's allot easier than it looks. The hardest part is getting the coin tray and clock out. Use two credit cards (or something as thick as one, preferably ones you don't use) to get those out, one each side. The blend unit sucks azz with cold fingers, I sliced a finger open and didn't even know it until I couldn't hold the needle nose pliers when they kept slipping in my hand. The switch is removable, one tab and then you can take it into the house and work on it (which is when I should have taken pics). #4 will blow your wig off, it's that high. Great for those freezing cold days when you want to see most of those seven miles......

I cannot wait to move up there and be a woodsman too. I really cant.
I kinda actually want to live in Sault Ste. Marie or Marquette, I dont know why because there is nothing there but snow and woods, but then again right now that sounds very appealing.

Snow, woods, locks and a...........prison in the Soo,

Marquette is Northern, they usually get a ton of snow.

We had little more than foot before it hit 40. Not even lake effect, system snow. Weird winter, too warm.

This winter sucks hairy twins so far.
On a side note though JJ is in love with his truck again and he is going to spend a ton of money fixing it up once he gets his tax refund.
The snow plow left like a foot of snow at the end of his parking lot, he drove through like it was warm butter, he smiled and fell back in love.

Amen to JJ for sticking with it, that's a common and funny example up here. I can't tell you how many vehicles I've seen trying to poke out onto the road and can't get through the plow's pile. There is none finer.

We've had a few good storms and it seems I'm always stuck driving the DuraStar with it's 9.3. I've not had one issue with it's 50 foot length. When I get in my truck it feels a little lighter but the same sure footed prowess even when braking.

I need to teach Matt how to do a donut in an all wheel drive yet though.

The private road here has been the best excitement so far and even my son is convinced there isn't another truck that can motor up it without mashing the gas. I literally putt putt up the hill like I've got all day and zero wheel spin when all of the 4X pickups are bouncing there rear axles and spinning tires.

We need to go wheeling in ******* this summer, overnight, beer, meat, open fire, stars, Rovers, piece and quiet...what say you?
100's of miles of trails to get lost on, prob 2 tanks of petrol worth.
