inside door locks

Locking the drivers door from the inside doesn't lock all the doors on my 1998. It worked on my 1997, maybe a fuse? or is there a way to disable/enable that feature?

its probably STC1220 broken. It looks like this.

It sits on the back of the lock assy.. when you turn the key its cycles the switch popping the auto lock.
