Default Joining the real disco owners club

I guess I'll be spending some time over here now. I have the title in hand for my brand new (pre-owned) 97 disco. It needs a transfer case and probably a lot more I'm sure. It has been sitting in my uncle's barn for a couple of years and he offered it up when we went to visit and were driving our 04. He doesn't have intrest in fixing it b/c he and my cousin now have jeeps. The body and interior are in great shape so I am thinking of making it my dd/trail rig and leaving the 04 as is. I'll post pics when I get her trailered home this week.

taylor15 - there are large u-pull-da-partz salavage yards in Atlanta that have on-line inventory. Used Auto Parts For Less - Pull-A-Part

Thanks Savannah. Norcross has my transfer case so I'm going to try and get it this week. I won't have the truck for a few more weeks due to towing it 36 miles.

Ha! All I need as of now is a tcase. I'm not replacing anything else until all fluids and filters have been replaced and I drive it a few weeks. I'm crossing my fingers it will run well enough after that.

Number 1 rule of the boneyard - if you don't get it today it won't be there when you come back.
