Default MAF and O2 replacement

So ive logged a coupe of threads on a few CE codes I was getting. Even though the MAF sensor is brand new by milage, it is quite a few years old and I just confirmed (to the tune of 150 bucks) with a mechanic that its not working. So Im going to just replace that and see if the P1177 P1179 as well as P0157 goes away. I also still have a P0300 and a P1316. Im just gonna replace the O2s as they have almost 150k miles and will need it eventually...and doing all 4 since Im going to be down there. MAF I think will clear up a lot of the issue..so fingers crossed on that..and its super easy fix. so to my question...the MAF is a Walker which I hear are crap. Im on rockauto now and looking at getting a remanuafactured Cardone (which I think is OE). for the O2s, im getting NTK 25044s. Does anyone have an issue with these brands, I definitely do not want to do this job twice. Mechanic recommends Bosch, but there are 50% more expensive

On a side note, even through the MAF looked squeaky clean when I pulled it off, I still ran some cleaner through it as part of the Berryman 4 step fuel injection cleaning system...not sure if that was worth the 70 bucks, but I did it anyway as a last ditch effort before replacing the parts.

Update - What a pain in the A$$. Couldnt find a O2 removal tool that fit the 1997 D1 sensors. Picked up some crows feet with a 36 inch extension and was able to get the job done. The down stream sensors were a piece of cake with the 17mm crows foot and ratchet. I was able to get to the upstreams through the engine compartment with the same setup + the 36 inch extension and my son under the car guiding it. Once all the sensors were in place, it took 2 hours more to get the driver side O2 sensor plugged in to the receptor...spent another 3 trying to get the passenger side plugged in to no avail. ANY SUGGESTIONS HERE. What a crap design, it seems like it might be impossible to get to the receptor unless you drop the tranny.
As for MAF, that was a pice of cake just waiting to see what the readings are.

I use NTK O2 sensors with good results, no problems. Good quality connectors and wire, and original equipment.

I picked a MAF from the yard for my '96. So now I have one good known spare. Remind us, what year is yours?

Apologies, mine is a 1997 Disco 1 SE7. Thanks for the vote on NTK, now I just need to get the car back from the shop to see if its an AELs or an SELs setup before ordering.

just an update that it looks like SELS on the 02 sensors. British Atlantic has a video on how to tell. Pretty basic, evaporation canister behind the batter - round = sels, square = aels

I have a SAGEM brand MAF sensor which is OEM, Lucas was another that came in these trucks. You’ll have to get a used one, don’t think any new ones exist.

But on that note, I am curious if there is an adequate after-market MAF sensor out there. Everyone seems to say steer clear of them.
My old one works great, but the wire screen is pretty busted… So c’mon guys! All of these sensors are 24+ year old, they aint gonna last forever.
I might try one of those Cardone ones eventually.
