Default Trailer

Yeah that is a pretty sweet looking trailer! Looks like a little much for the RRC to pull but I am guessing it is loaded with stuff. That is a sweet set-up.

Well, I guess ones opinion on the trailer will depend on what you want to use it for. If you want a trailer that looks like you just chopped the front of a Disco off then I guess its awesome. However its got to weigh a ton, even empty, and it has to be a bear to tow. My idea of a trailer is something small and lightweight that can hold gear and is capable off road. To make a Disco inspired trailer I would need to incorporate things that make a Disco identifiable. This being the roof line and tail lights. IMO its hard to incorporate these two design features into a trailer that still looks good and is functional.
Also, the pictured Disco trailer is being towed by a RRC so the theme isn't even consistant.

Again, intended use will dictate how much of a success/fail the posted trailer is. If you're wanting something to throw all your crap in, weigh a ton, and kill your gas mileage while traveling paved roads then its a success. However, as an offroad trailer its a huge failure. An offroad trailer should be narrower than the tow vehicle. The weight of that trailer will be brutal going up and coming down hills without electronic brakes. And the high COG definitely won't help when it only has two wheels to stabilize itself.

It'd be a lot better if the axle could be more centered. Too much weight on the ball.

Well, IMO that's one of the best use of a rubber bumper "B" that I've seen.

That trailer actually looks quite good IMO. Now if you were to chop it off in front of the windshield and had the cab as part of the trailer, then it would look like crap just like that red disco trailer.

Hmm, that's kind of nice. In a weird non-land rover way....
