seriously what type of glue exactly did you get, any two part epoxy that you have to mix should set up fairly quickly, if you mix it right?

$400 for the saudi grille?? That is ridiculous!
I prefer the one you built!!

although. That material has to be out there somewhere.

make sure the jb holds to the plastic alright, I used some to fix the cracks in the lower part of the grill and it didn't seem to stick that well.

well Im actually using JB QUICK as JB weld isn't for plastics.

I can't speak of the grill as the paint is still drying,

But I can say, without the grill the temperature difference is HUGE..

Temperature used to range between 200-218 with 206-215 being average while driving

Termperature without any grill ranges between 188-200 with 193 being average while driving.. I had no idea the stock grill sucked THAT much

Again that was with NO grill, and Im sure I have a cooling issue, headgasket. Im doing the headgasket probably mid next week.

I just took another drive, sitting parked it got up to 218, WITH A/C ON but when driving it ALWAYS drops to 193 with A/C ON, and it NEVER got below 200 while driving with the grill, it was often 206-215 while cruising on interstate.

So while yes I have a cooling issue, but I believe the the grill will make a difference.

Yeah I found that today, $8 for a 2.5ft x 8ft sheet.
I am thinking flooring for my roof rack.

Tweak & Spence have me all whacked about expanded metal for my grille now.

At risk of full-on hijack, I've got old work racks from my work truck, (300# rating) gutter mount.

They fit beautifully on my DI,aren't silly heavy, I'm considering (2) of those $60 rear hitch cargo shelves to floor an easy-on roof rack (It clears my sunroofs by 1/2")

luck,greg
