MJ 98 A/C fans
Looking in RAV for the controlling information on the Evaporter fans. These are NOT coming on and that is letting the temp run a 221 in town. NO Overheat just want to get this fixed ASAP.
Turnoff the A/C and runs at 190 to 199. So it is the fans.

I would recommend checking if the fans have power with the a/c switch on and truck running. If they do, motors are probably the issue.. If not, it could be a lot of other issues. Im currently battling this myself.
Mr. George,
oilspotLR is right, those fans should come on as soon as AC is turned on. Fuse 3 under hood, and relay K109 on bracket with other relays beside SWMBO right foot, assumes your normal place of pilot-in-command. Under right side fascia. Both fans need to work. Also come on above 212F, and if very hot under hood and truck is turned off.

And if that is the case, be sure to wire them with correct polarity. My PO reversed them, fans blew air out front of grille. At certain low speeds, this "subtracted" air flow from main fan, so radiator would over heat at idle.
Ordering NOW. We pulled the fans and hot wired them and NOTHING so that is the answer.
You only need the motors, find a 95 corolla. I got them for $30 at the salvage yard. Pray your old fan housing screws are not rusted like mine
Nvm I see you got them already.
