My 95 Disco
she will live again. This time instead of a soccer mom grocery getter she will be driven the way she should be, pretty much full time off road vehicle.
List of things to do before I get it out.
1 transfercase install
2 radiator, the one in it is OK in the winter but summertime in the woods wont work.
3 Off road tires
4 cut fenders so tires don't rub
5 try it out on the trails and see what it needs. I'll probably raise it some and install springs and shocks.

WOW that pic is awful

Got a little bit done today. Last night and this morning I researched instead of just jumping in. Paid off a lot really. I pretty much know exactly what I need to do now. Lot of people try and take it out without pulling the plate that was here. It's riveted in but about 2min they easily drill out. Now everything above is very easy to access. All the problems I read about people didn't do this. The other issue is the awkward shape and weight. There is a plate that they recommend you build to hold it but I don't have a trans jack so I think this is going to be a 2-3 person muscle job.
