Default Is that my clutch fan making that noise?

I feel funny asking and maybe i need to up load a video, but it really doesn't sound bad just different. I purchased my Landy during the winter [46 - 65 F] and replaced the clutch fan and radiator. I don't think i needed the fan clutch but that is another story. Now that it is Spring [75 F+] I have notice a sound from the front of my rig. At first i though it was the front dif but i put it in park and up the hood and had someone rav the engine and think it was the clutch fan just moving faster. During normal driving you don't really notice it but if i am towing and the ambient temperature is over 75 F[stop n go traffic] it is a bit loud. I feel strange asking because my Isuzu sounds like that but mostly all the time. Now the sound does go away when i get back up to road speed, like within a minute or less. Or if i turn off the engine like to get gas, it goes away.
The temperature gauge runs at 1/4 and never over 1/3 past cold. Is this normal? I know silly question...but..yea P.S during this summer it will get up to over 105 F should i be concern?

Um, yeah you bought a heavy duty fan clutch.
Your engine is running to cold, switch to the normal fan clutch, replace t-stat.
