Default Mystery Object

So I was running around yesterday about to get my exhaust put back on when the local pull apart emailed me saying they had a rover. I of course dropped everything i was doing to see what i could save. I wanted the seats and the front bumper.

It was a red 1995 with a 3.9. most everything was ok except for the back right taillight, interior, and engine (victim of overheating)

I got
1 front bumper (finally) and all bumper trim
2 brand new headlights
2 turn signals
1 clock
2 trim that goes under headlight
1 AB trailer light plug adapter
2 sunvisor clip things
all headlights adjusters and pop on clips
1 obd1 on board scanner (the one with the red led display that says range rover?)
1 mystery object

the mystery object im pretty sure is a key fob remote. but it only has one button. and if it is can I use it with my 1996 disco and how would I program It?

(ps the headlights, turn signals, code scanner, headlight adjusters are all for sale just PM me)

Yea that's the key fob, it will only work with obd1, so its useless to you, I could use it if you want to mail it to me, ill pay shipping of coarse.

You could offer Tweak $100, he'll probably sell it to you.

I'll use a key all day long for a hundred bucks, but it does get old having to go back to the drivers door to lock it after walking around and pulling kids out of every door.
