ok so got the remote today (thanks brad), seems that the battery clips/contacts have broken off, not positive but it appears someone has tried to fix it with superglue where i assume the battery goes. so if anyone has a pic of the inside of a 95-95 remote and the type of battery i would appreciate it.

untill I owned a ROVER , I thought "Q" had invented that automatic oil slick behind the old Bond cars.................
