Default need help tracking down a fuse

Hello, I've been trying to find the fuse for my licence plate light, both bulbs are good and the voltage is zip, so this leads to a blown fuse, I've looked in the Rave and owners manual. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Collin

Don't think it's a fuse, the power for the license light is tapped off the left taillight, so if that's working it's not a fuse. I'd suspect a broken wire somewhere. (or a corroded connector) I think the junction point is under the headliner on the left side at the rear. The first place I would check is the wire harness between the rear door and the body, after so many open and close cycles the wires have a tendency to break there.
Edit: It would also be helpful if you included the model year of your truck in your signature line, there are differences (minor) between years.

And if not the connector 415 area, also consider the E401 ground area, which is a separate path from the tail lights. See attached.

Could easily be a corroded ground or a wire fracture like Savannah said. Time to do a visual.
