Well the new exhaust was delivered today. I got the AllMakes one from Lucky8. Here's how it went:

1. It is actually BritPart branded, not that it matters to me a whole lot
2. The muffler is banged up pretty badly. UPS had fun with this one.
3. The studs broke in the flange at the Y-pipe and wont come out because they are rust welded on. Any ideas on how to get them out? I tried hammering and drilling it out and got nothing.
4. I saw on a post on the DII forum that somebody used a universal flange on the Y-pipe. I couldn't find one at O'Reilly's or Pepboys. In fact, they told me no such thing exists even though I showed them a picture.

So I still have no exhaust. At least the truck sounds good & loud without a muffler.

Walker Exhaust Flange Kit 31884 - Read Reviews on Walker #31884

Don't know if that is the right size for your pipe.

There weren't any universal flange kits in stock at any parts stores here so I tried again and I was able to drill out the two studs. I used cobalt bits this time. Took a few hours....

I was also able to get the new exhaust in. Wasn't too long so that was good. Doesn't sound bad either, I actually like the sound. Very similar to the stock exhaust which was exactly what I was looking for. Still kinda bummed that the muffler has like 10 dents in it but oh well. Doesn't seem to effect the sound or performance so it doesn't bother me anymore. But I will make sure to let Lucky8 know what happened because they should know that their shipping company of choice didn't handle this one properly.

Anyway, thank you everyone for the help. Much appreciated.
