Default Need some o2 sensor help

Here's some back story first. I failed the emissions test a few weeks ago. Turns out that the check engine light wasn't lit because the bulb was burned out. Fixed that. Scan showed po125 insufficient coolant temp for closed fuel control. It was missing thermostat- fixed that. P0300,po305,p1316 misfires, put new Bosch plugs and Kingston 8mm wires- fixed that. I've been driving for a few hundred miles with no codes but couldn't get all seven of the emission sensors to go solid (they blink when the sensor has not completed its cycle) on my scan tool. One was for the evap and the other was for the o2 sensor heater. I figured that I couldn't go wrong changing out the o2 sensors since the truck has 100k miles so I ordered them(Bosch) and they arrived with my new Ultra gauge. Ultra gauge showed Bank 1 sensor 1 high temp alarm. I replaced the first sensor closest to the engine on the drivers side and the heater sensor went solid on my scan tool but the ultra gauge still shows Bank 1 sensor 1 high temp (8000+ degrees when alarm is 2000 degrees). What can be causing the Ultra gauge to show high temp alarm? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. This site has been immeasurably helpful.

I've seen this exact same thing on my UltraGauge but I really don't know what it is. The reading is way out there so I suspect it's a fluke. Every element on the periodic table melts at that temp.

Math error inside the Ultra Gauge programs. Like the MPGs. Scan tool should also read the OBDII port, and it looks like it may display the accurate info.

OK. Thanks I'll just monitor it and see what comes up. Like I said there are no codes showing up and 6 of 7 emissions monitors are showing up ready on my scan tool so it should pass emissions test. Just got the ultragauge today and wondered if any of you guys who have had it a while may have encountered the same thing.

Did it ever resolve itself? Mine shows up as a warning every minute or so until I stop it, then does it again on every start up.

When I first installed my Ultra-Gauge I too got the O2 high temp alarm, I turned off the alarms.
There is no way the O2 gets upto 2000 degrees, it would melt the exhaust pipe.
