Default No dash lights, headlights , or tail lights

So as you can see i have no dash lights tail lights or head lights . I was driving ans all of a sudden they all shut off at the same time. I have checked all of my fuses underneath the hood and in the dash, did not see anything wrong. So i took a look underneath my dash and found a purple wire that has fallen out of a connection somewhere.

Check the turn signal switch on the steering column.

In all likelihood your dash is just fine. The system is designed so that if your tail lights are out, your dash lights do not work. This is a signal to the driver that something is amiss.

Turn signal stalk very likely to be the problem.

My dash lights were out. Traced to rear window switches at console are shorted out. Now have dash lights.

I just changed the switch on mine for the same reason. Got it on eBay for 50 bucks took 10 to 15 minutes to swap it out. Just turn ur steering wheel where u can get ur screw driver in to remove the screws. Video on YouTube helped.
