No drivers side running lights

No drivers side running lights
1998 D1, no right side running lights. I have tried honest to god 6 different stalks and some make neither side come on some make passenger side come on but none make both come on. I have replaced all the fuses and bulbs including glove box light. I have not looked into MFU. Does anything plug into this metal tab, it has power I can’t remember how much. Thank you.
