Default Nylon grommet that raises window?

Well, its been so pretty I have been rolling down my back windows.... bad call evidently... (even if they do have new motors).. Tonight I rolled down my drivers side back window and I heard a pop.... I didnt think anything about it but when I got home I tried to roll it up and it just whirred inside. After dis-assembly it looks like there is a small nylon grommet that contacts the actual bottom of the window to the motor arm. Mine is shattered beyond picture recognition but I was wondering if anyone knew what this was called? Surely someone else has seen this problem...

Go to the tech section on the top of the page and find the window repair thread.

You can use nylon washers available at Lowes. I think I still have a couple in the package so I can pull a part number for you when i get home.

I just made this up the other day. Land Rover doesn't sell JUST the bushings, its made onto the arm. This is what I did on my rear windows and I've had no problems.
