Change the oil, pull the fuel pump fuse and crank it with the plugs out. If you did get any water in the combustion chambers that will blow it out without hydro-locking the engine.
Just letting it sit with the plugs out won't do it.

very true...you need to pump that water out of the cylinders to clear them completely....I've heard also that you would want to fill the engine to the top with cheap new oil and then drain to completely remove any moisture that remains in the engine...but i have not done this nor have I heard that from multiple sources....just putting it out there

No need for that. Just drain her and fill her back up. Run her to temp and that should boil the moisture out. If the crankcase filled up with water, then you could do that for peace of mind. But if the oil has been changed on a regular basis, the water shouldn't displace the oil where it matters. If you were long past overdue for an oil change, then it couldn't hurt to fill her up to the top.

pictures, pictures, we want pictures.... and video.

To be real honest I want to see the video of the truck entering the water. I'd like to listen for engine noises and to see at what point things went wrong (besides driving through 4 feet of water to start with). Also, did you shut the engine down or did it die? And how long was it in the water?

Come on now...

ok so I need help, I dont quite understand this whole wet electrical dealio..

So my windows rolled down by themself but I rolled them up after a few trys. However they went back down and now will not return.

Does this mean its permanently damaged or just wet still?

Also the little red light on my dash is constantly glowing.. Security.... But it never did this before.. Im in the process of drying everything out right now..
