The US Postal Service ships to all military bases, that is what APO/FPO means.

FPO is Fleet Post Office. How do you think our military people overseas get their care packages from home. It may take a while, especially if you are on a ship moving from port to port as I was. If you are on a land base, they have pretty much regular delivery via miliary aircraft.

 

Yeah, but not all parts places will ship USPS. That's why I mentioned Rovahfarm, because I know they will.

Yes I know that, but still many places will not ship outside the US no matter what.

Read their shipping policies, no PO box, APO's or FPO's.
If they have a contract with FedEx for example, they will not ship via any other carrier because it breaches their contract.
