Default Passenger seat and rear windows

The power on the passenger seat and the power windows both go out at the same time. If I crank up the disco and the windows/seat are working they will work the whole time I have it running. But, if I turn it off and realize the windows are down there is always that chance they might not want to go up when I crank the disco back up. Has anyone else had this problem? It sure would be nice to fix this little pain in the ****.

Perhaps a loose ground E303 inside the console.

True, I was thinking relay or module only because it doesn't go in and out. If it works from the start it will work the whole time it's running. Ill get in the console and see what I find.
