Ya well the wheel had the spacers still on , but what I think happened I took the car to the garage to have new brakes fixed they took the tiers off then maybe the spacer A’s well but I cart be shore because , when we got the car up we pot a spare tire on and pulled it up the hill and the wheel nuts went on easy . So I think the nuts where not tight so on the roof they wiggled off then we lost control. Iv got the video on YouTube of the car

ill second that, stuff can be replaced people cant

from your pictures it looks to me like the lug nuts holding the spacer to the hub came off, the studs look intact, i would say they were not torqued correct and rattled loose, should torque and locktite them and check often since u drive alot on dirt roads

Plumbers tape is for sealing liquids or gasses depending on the type not locking bolts

be sure nuts and studs are de greased and dry and use blue locktite and torque, red would be best but you would need to heat the nuts to remove them, red is for perminant

No idea in uk im i. Usa, here stuff is local parts store or order online, i just use a harbor freight torque wrench seems fine for general use, or you can spend big money on a name brand one, try to get one with a case to protect it
