does anyone know where the thread went referring to Hyundai purge valve on disco 1?

tired of the 1447 code that won't go away

Had mine in for about 3 months now. I don't daily drive the truck anymore but I've driven it enough where it would've tripped the CEL again I'm sure. So far so good.

how did you mount a chevy charcoal canister? wish I knew that fit when I blew mine up would have saved me some $

That looks to be a stock LR charcoal canister to me. The pre-AEL trucks had round ones. AEL trucks(mid 97-99) had the rectangular ones.

ok that's why so does this purge valve work on the AEL ones? got a pick of this added to an ael vehicle? mine has a hose straight in the front then it has one going out the bottom to the cannister
