You need to post pictures of more than just the engine.

Because none of that makes any sense.

Gems is ONLY d1 1996-1999, 1997 NAS defender, 1998 defender 50th, and p38 1995-1999

P38 is ONLY range rover, not discovery.

LE isn't a trim level of a d2, only late d1, I think 1998 and 1999.

I'm game, show us your engine. Love TVR's (Griffith 500 fav) and thanks for posting that link, I was looking for the site, forgot to bookmark it and you plopped it right at my doorstep. Excellent timing.

ok after much searching I admit I must be wrong. bought it as a disco 2. but VIN matches disco 1.

but you can bypass an iacv or even fit a manually adjustable one without harming your engine. but a ecu reset is the right fix.

Lol......and what about the P38 bit? A D1 uses GEMS or the earlier CUX14.

So i should say I drive a 2000 z28 trans am with the z71 cxl package and a 429 cobra jet with the copo injection which is the same computer as a tech 4 so we should be able to rig it cause ray ray and Tyrone say it is OK in their blog about a totally different car

It is fun just throwing out random model and trim abbreviations.

Hey I can probly get a random pic of a 429 if needed to claim it is mine , I will be sure to do better then the guy claiming someone else's roll age as his by blanking out the license plate

If you need me I will be stuck in that puddle over there ruining my rover electronics some more

Is it sucking or blowing the supercharger? I'm impressed they color matched the air filter.
