How do you take apart/ Disassembel the black plastic cover??

from the inside of the door. Get the RAVE manual and start reading. it gets a bit complicated in there (the door not the manual)

On most of the members signatures (bottom of their posts) there is a link to the Rave Manuals, the shop manuals from Land Rover that tells how everything is supposed to work.

this should get you there.. You most likely want the workshop manual.
