what are the welsh seals? if they are the crucifix seals in the rear main cap leave them alone, I was warned against it when I did mine apparently disturbing that bearing will cause premature failure, I just did the rear main big ring seal and leak fixed might as well drop the oil pan and check the pickup then reseal the gasketless pan

3.9 litre v8 duel fuel 94 model 215,000 kms (135,000 miles) on clock but its hard to tell if it has been changed at any time. engine number indicates range rover but from what i have been able to find out they used the same motor in both.
has been a city car so lots of cold starts sitting in traffic but low kms
low compression (90) should be abut 150
welsh plugs are like caps put in the water jacket they usually rust and fail so will replace with brass ones
