Default replacing parts of the front bumper?

On my 97 Discovery I am missing the part of the metal strip that goes on top of the bumper under the head lights. Also the front passenger side of the bumper is messed up. Do you guys know if I can buy those pieces individual to fix it? I'll include a picture. You seen the metal part that goes under the head light is causing part of the light to hang down.

A salvage yard would probably be the way to go.

Those stock front bumpers are junk. I ripped the front airdam and all that plastic trim off of mine.

I agree I just hope there is nothing damaged behind it and I will not have a problem replacing the bumper. What did you do with yours?
