Just ordered the rotors, gaskets, oil seals, lock washers, and bearings. I even found some 00 grease for the swivels 1qt for $8. And of course I have bearing grease already.

The D90 conversion requires new parts for the front only.
Calipers, rotors, pads and new or reshaped rigid line from the flex line to the caliper. I just made new ones when I did mine. You can't just use a D90 line as the flex line has a different end on it on the D90.
If you make your own lines you need a flare tool that does ISO bubble flares.

All things being equal the D90 brakes are better.

There are two swivel pins in each swivel housing, the top and bottom are different.
Kits usually come with the parts to service one swivel ball, but some people don't sell kits, it's a la cart . But if you say you want to rebuild both swivel housings they should know what to send you.

If you're taking them apart it's better to just rebuild them. You can just remove shims, but the ABS swivels have flat bearings in the top and they tend to get crushed over time, so if you just remove/add shims, you'll likely have to do it again before long.

Disco, I had already replaced all of my brake calipers with new disco ones so it was kind of a done deal already. Maybe next time.. in a few...years.. hopefully not.. I will do the switch to D90.

Questions:

What size bolt holds the rotor to the hub assembly? (it's a 12 pt)

The bolt that holds the brake caliper to the rotor is a 13mm 12pt right? (or 1/2" 12pt right?)

I bought 4 RTC3511 bearing seals. When I removed the front hub I took out the out bearing and knocked out the inner bearing and grease seal. So I only use 1 seal per hub right? And how do I put it on in relation to the bearing? (Bearing is simple, since it's cone like but what I am asking is in which way does the grease seal go)
